CHI St. Vincent Infirmary has been ranked since 2012 by the U.S. News and World Report as a top regional hospital for achieving high performing status for heart-related categories and has also received Chest Pain Accreditation. They are 1 out of 2 Arkansas hospitals (with fewer than 20 in the U.S.) to receive Ace Accreditation for Cardiac Excellence for cath labs. These cath labs perform more than 3,000 catheterizations per year. They have also received the AHA/ASA’s Get With The Guidelines® Target: Stroke Honor Roll Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award. The CHI St. Vincent Cardiac Surgery Program is the only program in the state with multiple 3 Star (highest) ratings from the Society for Thoracic Surgery, and has achieved Center of Excellence Status in both TAVR and Mitraclip procedures.

This branch of Mercy offers cardiac rehab as well as a cardiac support group. This hospital has received a Leapfrog hospital safety grade of “A,” holds the highest CMS rating in the area, and received Chest Pain Center v6 accreditation by the American College of Cardiology. They are also designated as a Primary Stroke center by the Joint Commission and were recognized at the Gold Plus level by the AHA/ASA. They are certified as a SHAPE Center of Excellence and are accredited by the Intersocietal Commission of Vascular Laboratories. Their 11 bed cardiology procedure unit is in conjunction with 4 cardiac cath labs and a specialized cardiac imaging suite. They are also home to Arkansas’ first Robotic C-arm and have a hybrid cath lab and operating room.
